What should be included in the Terms and Conditions document
In general, T&Cs usually address these types of issues: who is authorized to use the website, possible payment methods, a statement that the website owner may change their offering in the future, the types of guarantees the website owner offers to their customers, a reference to intellectual property or copyright issues (if relevant), the website owner's right to suspend or cancel a member's account, and much more.
